Scandic CPH Strandpark

This was one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. It was an easy 10-15 min walk from the airport. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and had everything we needed. The room was spacious and spotless. The view was amazing both from our room and from the sky bar on the roof. Breakfast was included with our stay and it was absolutely delicious. They had a huge selection of different foods and everything was labeled for those that had food sensitivities, or allergies. Everyone in our family was able to find something that they loved, and we all left with full bellies to start our day. The shower had both a rain showerhead and handheld sprayer. The best part of the shower was it was able to adjust it to just the right pressure and temperature the entire time you were in the shower. It just a 10 min walk to Netto (grocery store), and McDonald’s. Needless to say this property for exceeded our expectations and we will be beyond happy with everything here. If we are able to return to Denmark we will definitely be staying here.

I had a truly wonderful experience with both the motel and Booking.com. Due to unexpected weather, my flight got cancelled and I had to change my plans last minute. I informed them nearly 4 hours after the check-in time, yet both Booking.com and the hotel staff coordinated seamlessly to adjust my reservation without any hassle. What impressed me even more was the kindness of the motel staff — they allowed me to store my luggage (which included 4 check-in bags!) for several extra days while I traveled to the Faroe Islands. This helped me travel light and stress-free. On the day of my departure, they even allowed me a late checkout by an hour, which really made a difference as my flight was in the evening. I truly appreciate all the support and flexibility I received. A big thank you to both Booking.com and the motel team for going the extra mile!

We decided to stay at the airport because we were flying onwards after two days and because all the hotels in the city centre were extremely expensive. This one was, let's say reasonably priced, and it turned out that the location is actually fantastic and that they rent bikes, and there is a beautiful beach path that takes you to Copenhagen in about 20 minutes. Underground station is about 15 minute walk away, so again, very convenient. Breakfast is included in price and it is absolutely fantastic! Extremely friendly personnel and it seemed that the hotel had quite a nice bar too, but we didn't manage to have a drink there. Additionally it offers shuttle to the airport, but from the airport it was a little bit of a faff to wait for it, so we decided to walk to hotel - it is only 15 minute walk along quiet residential street.
