Scandic CPH Strandpark

Good hotel, a short walk to airport but quiet. Staff helpful. Very clean. Great breakfast. Gym looked good but I did not use it.

The location and facility.

Very good hotel to explore the city of Copenhagen. Close to the metro line, the highway and the airport but the area still seems quiet and gives a holiday atmosphere when you look at the boats in the small harbor behind the hotel from your room window. Every employee was very friendly and professional. The hotel is family friendly with kids options in the restaurant and a small play area in the lobby. Breakfast was generous as well. They give a lot of value for your money.

The location is great. It is 15mins walk from the airport and nearby the sea, beach and impressive sea bath. You can go for swim before a breakfast. Really nice atmosphere around the hotel. Delicious breakfast with a great view. We enjoyed cycling on the coastline to the city and Reffen foodcourt and back stopping at the beaches. You can also take a train and be in the city in 15mins. Our family had a great time at the end of August and we will come back.

Very close to the airport - 1 stop with bus or metro, but also within walkable distance (about 15-20 minutes), and there are good pathways. Metro stop to the town is about 10 minutes walking, bus stop closer. Hotel itself was very nice, modern but cosy, and looked new. Room was ok size and very clean, even the bathroom, which is not always the case in the hotels we've stayed at. You could hear the planes landing and taking off, but the sound was muffled, so it wasn't disturbing at all, even with small children. Cleaning is provided on demand. Breakfast was good, reasonable choice of warm food, cereals, wafers, and bagels.
